More than 800.000 emigrant workers come to build the new city, 80% of Dubai's inhabitants. In addition to that, the women in black and the children as jockeys for camel racing.
The documentary shows the black side of money in Dubai, a city where too much is never enough, and the human rights...

The 24th Mar del Plata International Film Festival is coming
 
The President of the FestivalThe 24rd Mar del Plata International Film Festival will take place from 7th to 15th of November 2009.
The Festival presents a wide variety of films from around the world, and it also dedicates an important place to the Latin American cinema. There are both competitive and non competitive sections, for feature films, short films and documentaries.
 
We're happy to announce we will be giving out the Annual Program Without Frontiers price to the Best Argentinian Short Film, for the 4th year in a row. Last year's winner was the animation...
Congratulations to ALDO LAUREL and NANCY DE SANTIAGO for their film TABLE OF DELICACIES, winner of the Special Award to the Best Short Film, at the 2009 Festival de Cine Internacional de Barcelona.
