We are living with speaking thousands of words. Even
though the words are just the signal and promise
which inspiring imagination, we expect somebody
would appreciate the truth inside the words.
We are living with moving all day long.
Even though the moving is instinctive and personal,
we expect to be recognized its propriety.
The body doesn't recognize the substance that a
language, no more than a symbol, designates, while a
language doesn't embody the image that the body,
nothing but a material energy, requests. As is always
the case, an unexpected bad result, comes from the
failure of communication, after all.

The Annual Program Without Frontiers will grant again
the Best Short and Best Short Film Direction Awards in
the Inner View section.
In addition, our Annual International Screening, which is open to the public and press media, has been programmed inside the Festival. The shorts we selected from every Film Festivals included in our Program will be: The Man With The Empty Room, USA, by Todd

In the previous edition of the Mar del Plata
International Film Festival, the Jury of the Annual
Program Without Frontiers granted a Special Mention
to La Liga de los Imperfectos directed by Nicolas Di
Mattia. Because of this, the film has been selected in
the Festival du Cinema de Paris.
