Activities This Month
Finished moving! YAY!!! It was almost a two week process. The good thing was that this time we did not have to repaint as much as we did in our previous move! I don't know which is worse,painting or packing! BOTH!!! Praise God it's over until the next move.
We had one of our biggest crowds in our pastors' breakfast for the month of July, 36 pastors and wives in attendance! Glory to GOD!!! Remember to keep your faith hooked with ours, our goal is to get the attendance to an average of 50 in attendance by the end of this year. We are looking to God for wisdom, strategy and the necessary steps we need to make to be able to reach more pastors and their wives!
Also starting in August we will be hosting the pastors' breakfast ourselves since Dr. Lew & Mariesa Davis have returned to the states and should be there for at least a year. Please keep them in your prayers as they take this time off to rest and recuperate and that God will revive them very fast to be able to return to the work of the ministry!
On July 27, we had the honor of sharing with couples in a retreat hosted by Pastor Jorge Benavides. This was the first time we have shared together like a tag team in a meeting. Needless to say it went very well and we were able to be a tremendous blessing! It went so well that Pastor Jorge has invited us to do a two or three day couples retreat for him to share the complete marriage course with the couples in his church. We are looking forward to it and will keep you updated as to when we will actually have this retreat with his church.
