PASTORS' BREAKFAST
We are so ready and looking forward to Pastor Andy Andrew's visit to Arequipa, Peru! On Sunday October 9 he will be ministering in the service at God is Faithful Community Church were presently Ximena and I are attending and helping overseeing the helps ministry in the church. Then on Monday October 10 he will be ministering in our monthly pastors' breakfast! We have bean planning this every since our return from the states the later part of June! We are expecting God to move in a big way in both services.

INVITATION TO PREACH IN PASTOR YTALO'S CHURCH
I was invited by Pastor Ytalo to preach in his church in his Wednesday night service. There was a very small group present but I thoroughly enjoyed my time sharing with his church because I got to minister on the basics of faith! This seems to be one of three top messages I have been sharing in the churches. It will surprise you how uninformed Christians are sometimes when it comes to the message of faith. Sure everyone knows, to some part, that they should have faith but the irony of it all is that most Christians don't! I am so thankful to God that I have the opportunity and open doors in Arequipa, Peru, to share more in the churches on the subject of faith. I like a phrase I've heard Pastor Keith Moore say time and time again which is "When people say- I've heard that before- it's a clear sign that they don't have it yet! That is so very true, for that reason we should never get tired of hearing about faith. The truth of the matter is whenever we hear the Word it should be doing one of two things in our heart: 1) Planting the Word in our heart if it is not there. 2) And the second thing it should be doing is watering the Word that is already in our hearts. How did I get off on all that but it's all true anyway.
ANOTEHR CONFERENCE IN PASTOR JORGE'S CHURCH SEPTEMBER 18 & 21, 2011
The second of three top messages I have been sharing in the churches-Growing Up Spiritually- I was fortunate to be able to share in two services in Pastor Jorge's church. A very important fact I shared with the people was that the majority of the problems in churches, business, groups, teams and even in our marriages can all be traced back to people that remain as babies and children and never grow up! If you can't say amen say ouch! Never the less it was an awesome time, when my time was up in sharing the people and the pastor wanted me to continue and finish with all my points! Thank God for hungry open hearts.
PASTOR MAURICIO'S CHURCH SEPTEMBER 25, 2011
We got to minister in both Sunday morning services in Pastor Mauricio's church. In both of these services I got to minister on the 3rd message I have been sharing in the churches here in Arequipa "Power in Your Words". How very important it is for us to gain control over the words we speak. Many a Christians, because of not realizing the power in their words, have caused their faith to not be as effective as it could be when we take control over our words. One truth I shared with the congregation was that their words form their lives. So if they don't like where they are today they need to change what they are saying! It is very important that the words we speak are in agreement with the faith in our heart. So if we want our faith life to be more productive we need to keep our words hooked up to the faith in our heart!
