The pastors' conference conducted in Boca del Rio (Mouth of the River) just right outside of Tacna, Peru, was a tremendous success.  We were able to minister to 25 plus pastors, their wives and several key leaders.  My part in the meeting was to share on VISION and LEADERSHIP.  Just one nugget I shared on leadership was how important it is to have a genuine love and care for your people. Its very hard to lead when no one is following and the way to make sure that your followers continue to follow is by having and demonstrating a true shepherds heart, the good shepherd that gives his life for the sheep and not the other way around.

2. Land for feeding program in Peruarbo, fair price
3. Successful and productive trip to the states May/June 
4. The rest of the money to finish paying off SUV 
5. Wisdom and favor we need to go forward with medical missions and health clinic
6. Favor and new connections with pastors, churches and individuals  in Peru and the USA
7. Open doors and opportunities for evangelism throughout Peru
8. Thank God with us for His protection in all our travels  
9. Adequate funding and support for Pastors' Monthly Breakfast 
10. 50/5 Fifty new individual partners and five new churches partnering with us faithfully on a monthly basis
