Neither rain nor sleet or excessive heat......
Greetings!

Just had to get this off before the Holiday weekend falls upon us.  The Phoenix Jaycee's Pony Express was able to leave Horses Help early this morning and begin the two day trek to Prescott.  Our Jr. riders of the year, Willow and Aiden were all smiles this early morning, as they were sworn in to carry the mail to the first rider Griffin Hurley of the Pony Express.  Luna led the riders with flags flying.  We want to wish all of the Pony Express Riders a very safe journey this weekend.  Happy Trails and enjoy the pictures.

This was such a wonderful morning, we wish to thank Ryan, Briana, Ellen, Bailey, Shannon, and Grady for volunteering their amazing services.  Thanks to Meghan, Saebra, Scott, Leah, and Michelle our wonderful staff for getting everyone ready. Thanks to Applejack, Luna and Bree for providing safe travels. Thanks to Aiden and Willow and their families for putting in all the hard work this year and safely delivering the mail.  Thanks to those families who purchased the commemorative letters being distributed all over the world. A special shout out to Brittany for bringing Little Gracie to her first parade at 3 weeks old.

Finally,  to our Pony Express family, who always keep the kids in their sights and support our programs at Horses Help.  We could never provide our programs without their support and vision.

So get out of the heat this weekend and mosey on up to the Prescott Rodeo and on behalf of Horses Help, say thanks to the magnificent riders of the Pony Express Comancheros!

Happy Trails,
Gregg Goodman
