On January 17th, Ron Jakola will be onsite to present Natural Horsemanship and the Therapy Horse-building relationships.  Ron is a director with Arizona Cowboy Mounted Shooting Association and has a world of experience and training. Ron has worked with police departments and at risk/gang intervention groups for over 30 years.

We are in the process of planning our State Meeting.  We are seeking requests for proposals for topics which are meaningful to our membership.  The opportunities for presentations or forum/discussion may be any of the following:

• EFMHA topics for discussion/presentation Example ( EAA vs EAP, insurance, certifications etc) 
• Instructors topics for discussion/presentation Example (Arena plans, Natural Horsemanship, disability focus, Brain Gym, saddle fitting etc.)
• Administrators topics for discussion/presentation Example( Board Development, grantwriting, collaborative relationships etc.) 
• Volunteer Coordinators topics for discussion/presentation
• Horses for Heroes topics for discussion/presentation Example (brainstorming building programs, sharing contact information etc.)
• Arizona Special Olympics Example (SO Certification Workshop)
• New members forum/ presentation
