Greetings!
As many of you know, last October Team Depot brought in their amazing teams to complete the most incredible project consisting of our new outdoor seating, classroom and landscape project. It was an incredible day where 200 Team Depot Representatives and Affiliates donated their time and talent to create a better space at Horses Help. Since the completion of the project, Horses help was able to expand our community service network. Special Olympics Arizona Equestrians, Phoenix Pediatrics Lifestyle Expo, USVets and the Permaculture Home Grown Solutions Go Green Program have all taken advantage of our wonderful ability to host important community events and make use of the new classroom and facility.

So now, when Home Depot Calls the Center, We run to the phones!
Rose gave me a call from Team Depot the other day and said she needed to see me. I love to get calls from Rose! So today Rose and Gilley stopped by with something very special indeed. Apparently, as a result of their efforts, Team Depot Captain, John Fox, applied for the most prestigious reward for volunteerism called the Building Community Award. This annual reward given out by Home Depot recognizes the amazing community work of their Team Depot Captains, store associates, store leaders and their nonprofit partner. Well..................
WE WON!!!!!! John Fox's region was selected as the winner of the Building Community Awards! Holy shmolly! I say we because along with recognizing their hard working Team Dept volunteers, Horses Help was awarded with a $4000.00 donation for our amazing community service!
One of the most important and highly-regarded values at The Home Depot is "giving back," and all of our hard work as a customer and community member, is an extension of that value.
We are truly honored to be a community partner with Team Depot leading the way!
