Greetings!

In the last couple of weeks, I've participated in two very useful programs that have been recorded in online streaming format -- my Managing & Leading Great Staff & Team Meetings webinar with Copper Conferencing and my Tom on Leadership Radio Interview on BlogTalkRadio.com.  I wanted to send a quick note to all of you giving you access to these handy online replays:

Tom on Leadership Interviews Randy Dean on Taming the E-mail Beast for CEOs:

I really enjoyed this interview with Tom Cox of Cox Business Consulting -- it was targeted toward a key decision maker audience -- C-level executives -- but also provided a number of my best e-mail tips, especially in the second half of this 60-minute interview.  (And here's Tom's related blog post he posted immediately following the program.) If you've been petitioning for me to lead a session for your staff or team for your company or group, this would be a great interview to share with your top-level decision makers to give them a real feel for the depth and quality of the content I am sharing in this area.

In this program, I take on one of my biggest personal pet peeves:  wasted time in meetings!  The participants in this webinar program gave it very high grades -- it is basically the same session that I lead on this topic at conferences and meetings, but is only a portion of the content I lead in my 2-3 hour workshop on this topic for corporate and university audiences.  Please keep this session in mind for upcoming events you may be planning.

Another Reminder:  Our Next MSAE Taming E-mail/Office Clutter Session is tomorrow in Southfield, and in two weeks, the first Optimizing Your Outlook Session will be held here in East Lansing.

More information/registration for Taming the E-mail Beast AND Optimizing Your Outlook here.

When you go to the page above, you'll see the "Taming E-mail" program info at the top -- just scroll down to see the info on the Optimizing Outlook program.  Notice the price discount if you are an MSAE member.  (You'll also see a link to my recent Fox 17 TV News appearance, with a great tie-in with Saturday Night Live.)

This is probably your best chance to attend these extremely valuable and popular programs this Spring, so I recommend you confirm your registration today.

Thought you might be interested in this new book releasing today too:

After the success of the paperback launch of Taming the E-mail Beast last summer, I am now getting about 5-10 opportunities a week to review new books coming to the market.  I'm trying really hard to limit the ones I share with you to those few that are related to the productivity improvements, technology capabilities, and time management strategies many of my readers seek.  And this one does JUST THAT -- Michael Linenberger's Master Your Workday Now.  It is basically a book about how to manage your life, work, time, and e-mail all via your MS Outlook (very similar to my Optimizing Your Outlook program).  And, I've been selected to be one of the prize providers for his unique book launch effort -- one lucky winner of all of the book purchasers will actually get a private Taming E-mail teleseminar for them and their friends.  Check out his book information here:  www.MasterYourWorkday.com

I'm looking into what I think will be an outstanding new Timely Tip for next month -- so watch for that in April.  Enjoy this great free content, and PLEASE feel free to share.  Until next time, Stay Timely!
