Using the principals of Anma, which is a traditional Japanese style of massage involving kneading and deep tissue work, Japanese Hot stone is like no other treatment! Using no oil, stones are used to balance the body and calm irritated nerves. The warm stones reduces tension, increases circulation and revives and rejuvenates the body while enabling the body and muscles to deeply relax, which allows blood and energy (Kiketsu) to flow freely, which allows toxins to be released and eliminated.
