Greetings!
As we prepare for the celebration of 97 years as a highly respected and revered national leadership honor society we are overjoyed knowing that with each and every Circle a difference is being made in the lives of our members, their host institutions and others. As we are in the holiday season we receive many notes of appreciation from individuals and community organizations about the random acts of kindness by O∆K members. Leadership is many things to many people. Remembering the less fortunate with a measure of empathy and a smile and warm handshake does so much. We take pride in the 97 years we have continued to emulate what the founders came together to build, a community of leaders in higher education.
From the staff of Omicron Delta Kappa in Lexington, Virginia, we extend our warm wishes for the joys of the season!
Sincerely, Thomas G. Goodale O∆K Executive Director |

The Circle is on it's way!
Watch your mailbox for the latest edition of The Circle magazine arriving this week.
We bring you this issue to remember our heritage and the great athletes that have been tapped into our membership. We also honor those students today that represent us on courts, fields, tracks and even in the pool. They are leaders amongst their peers and heroes to young children everywhere. Also included is a look back into our archives at one student-athlete that was initiated into O∆K on December 3, 1914. Our Clay Grant recipients are highlighted and we recognize one Circle in particular that teaches leadership through athletics. We also take a moment to recognize our Faculty Officers, whom we often forget are the drivers of the bus to that big game, that national championship, or even that service project down the road.
We hope you enjoy this edition dedicated to Leaders in Sports!
Once you have it in your hands, send us your feedback.

We are excited to announce that centennial preparations are underway!

With our 100 year anniversary just around the corner our Centennial Committee is looking to celebrate our success, increase our visibility and celebrate our love for this great Society. What better way to begin preparations than with YOU--our Members. We would love to celebrate every member that has been inducted into the Society, but in order to do so we need your help.
Find those lost O∆K members and get them involved. Direct them to the website to update their information, or send us an email with their contact information and we will contact them ourselves.
