| COURSE DESCRIPTION |
 The Protective Services Detail Level II course builds on the skills students learned in the PSD Level I course. This five day hands on course will simulate how an extended protection detail operates. CALEA standard 46.2.6 requires accredited law enforcement agencies to have a written policy outlining the conduct of VIP/PSD operations. The techniques learned in this course can be applied to almost any type of protection detail such as protection from a terrorist threat, witness protection or any other type of situation that requires a formal protection detail.

COURSE PREREQUISITES / SPECIAL INFORMATION
|
|
Prerequisites - All students wishing to attend this course must have previously attended the S.O.R.D. International PSD Level I Course or equivalent. Students who have attended courses from other institutions must provide a training certificate and topical outline for the course at the time of registration.
Fitness - All students should be in good physical condition and be able to conduct various physical activities associated with tactical operations.
Restricted Course - This course is open to active L.E.O., Military, U.S. State Department approved allied nations, DOE Security Personnel and select private security firms.

Cancellation Policy
Student(s) will receive a full refund of course tuition if cancelled in writing 30+ days prior to the course commencement date. Student(s) will receive any paid course tuition minus 25% if cancelled in writing less than 30 days prior to the course commencement date. If a student(s) is a no show S.O.R.D. will not refund the course tuition. Qualified substitutions are always acceptable.
