The SoWa Holiday Market is very excited to bring Boston-area holiday shoppers another year of creative, fun and unique gift buying from over 75 talented New England artisans Saturday December 8th through Sunday December 9th. Located in Boston's trendy arts and media distric, SoWa's Cathedral High School Gym will be transformed into a spectacular holiday marketplace featuring a special blend of wearable art, jewelry, pottery, home décor and unusual gifts. This event has become a yearly destination for Boston area holiday shoppers who have an eye for original gifts and want to meet the artists who create them.

Our customer turnout numbers have doubled each year; in 2006 our attendance was 6,000! This year The Boston Globe's new publication for women, "Lola" is sponsoring the event. With their support we are expecting over 9,000 attendees.

We are offering advertising in our official program to local businesses who would like to take advantage of this special event. Distribution of the 10,000 programs begins on December 1st at various locations in the South End. In addition, programs will be available at the SoWa Holiday Market. When you advertise in our program your store information and link will appear on the SoWa Holiday Market website which last year had over 200,000 hits! This is a great opportunity to reach customers during the holiday season. In 2006, local advertisers saw their numbers double for the weekend of the Holiday Market.

In addition to advertising in our program, we also invite local business to donate an item to Cell Phone Santa, a very successful holiday gift raffle that benefits Washington Gateway Main Street . Businesses donating to Cell Phone Santa will be prominently displayed at the front of the show.
