Dear Open Studios Participants,
Thank you to those of you who made the deadline for payment for this special two day event. This year's event promises to be bigger than ever, with over 10,000 customers expected! The brochures were delivered to our office and have been distributed around the Boston Metro area last week. All participating vendors have been listed in the brochure (name and website) under the Sowa Open Market category. You can pick up copies to distribute or mail out at the Open Market on Sunday, September 9th. Please note that Market is closed for the Labor Day Weekend, Sunday Sept. 2nd.

Set up emails will be sent Thursday Sept. 13th. This time assignment will be good for both Saturday and Sunday. Vendors must break down after each day, its impossible for us to secure the parking lot overnight.
