We have been receiving many confused email and calls in regards to the Market's payment policies. Hopefully this email will clear up any unanswered questions you may have.

The payment deadline is 9 days prior to each reserved:
Friday in Mashpee
Saturday in Providence
Sunday in South End

You have two options when being accepted into our Markets. You can pay-as-you-go, meaning that you will need to make a payment 9 days prior to each reserved Market date. Or, you can pay for a block of dates (depending on the Market, either 4 or 5) and receive one free on us. You can pay for your reserved dates by going to the "Vendor Info" page of the corresponding website. At the bottom of the page you will see "Pay Now" buttons that correspond to the amount of dates you are looking to pay for. With this option you can either pay through PayPal or any other major credit card.

If you are not comfortable paying online, you can simply send a check to our office. *Please note: by using this method you must allow more time for a response from our office stating that your payment has been received. Please send checks to:

By applying to our Markets, each vendor has made a commitment to paying for their reserved dates on time. If we continue to receive late or ignored payments from any vendor, they will be billed in full for the remainder of their reserved dates.

The pay-as- you- go option is a courtesy set in place to make it easier on some, so they don't have to make the full payment at once. But again, if we continue to see the deadlines missed or ignored, this payment privilege will be removed next season and all vendors applying will have to pay up front for all of their reserved dates upon acceptance.

Please take a minute to review your reserved dates with us. If you have any dates coming up, make arrangements to have those dates paid on time or in full. If you have misplaced your dates, please contact us and we will be more than happy to send you your itinerary for the season.
