There is a glitch in the online ordering system. A good friend just sent me a note. He tried to order 50 copies and got an amazingly high shipping charge. That is a mistake. And we are trying to fix it now.
In the meantime, if you want to be "in line" to order the book, just send me a note telling me how many copies you'd like to purchase. No need to send credit card information at this time.
Robin or I will be back in touch with you the first week of June to get credit card information and tell you the shipping charge. . .or you could wait a couple of days and try placing the order in our online cart. And I am sorry to say, I cannot fulfill orders until June.
Even with this glitch, I so hope you'll consider the book. By the way, the cost for buying 100 or more is within pennies of my actual cost.
