Rick's Big Question About Change |

Greetings!
Rick's Big Question About Change
I could use your help. I've got a big question about leading or managing change:
What are you looking for right now that you can't find in the existing books, articles or services?
It's been over fifteen years since the first books on change management were published and yet the statistics for success remain the same (about 2/3 of all organizational changes fail). I want to know why. Your response to the question may help all of us learn where we need to focus our attention.
I have two reasons for asking. My publisher is going to release a paperback edition of my book, Beyond the Wall of Resistance, and this will give me a chance to update and improve it. . . And the second reason, I'll let you know what I learn and that might stimulate some rich conversations.
Two ways you can respond. 1. Send me an e-mail. 2. Or, better yet, go to www.changeOSP.com and add your comment to the Discussion Forum titled "Rick's Big Question." In this way, we'll all be able to see what others are saying and that might prompt us to add more thoughts, ideas, etc. The Change Open Source Project is free, and with well over 300 members, I am sure you'll find something to get you engaged.
I just announced this on the open source site and have gotten seven very thoughtful replies. I urge you to post your comments there so others can read your response.
Operators are standing by:) Thanks.
