Challenge of Change Survey
 
Change seems to have intensified since the recession began. Much of this change is unwanted and unplanned, but there it is.
 
I'm curious how organizations are handling all this change, are you? Would you be willing to take a quick anonymous survey? Unless you ponder over every question, it should take you three to five minutes tops. Really, just a few minutes.

Change Management Open Source Project
 
I made some slight changes to the free e-book. I changed the cover Intro to Change without Migraines book_side viewand  corrected a major typo that I had missed. My strong opinion is that resistance is created in the relationship between individuals and among groups of people. The typo on the original page 10 read, "there are born resistors waiting to ruin our otherwise perfect plan." Oops. It now reads "there are no born resistors. . ." Thanks to Julia Cipriani for her careful reading of the book and for sending me an e-mail pointing out that very big typo.
