What is a true investment?  Is it a home in which you live?  Is it a car?  Perhaps it is a college savings account or retirement account.  We spend thousands of dollars a year on these investments as well as pleasure items such as vacations, clothes and furniture.  However, most of us neglect the most important investment we can make so that we can be around to enjoy all that we spend on!  That is, the fuel that makes our bodies function.  We truly are what we eat.  We can energize ourselves with what we eat.  We can even heal ourselves with what we eat.  We can also make ourselves sick and sluggish and even promote diseases with what we eat.  Doesn't it makes sense to invest in your most valuable asset-YOU. Let's face it, it sure is a lot more difficult to pay the mortgage or go on vacation if you're sick.  The truth is that so many of us think nothing of spending $4.50 for a Starbuck's Frappaccino (never mind its 13 teaspoons of sugar!) or even $100 for a pair of hot designer jeans.  However, we cheap out at paying $2 extra for organic blueberries or $1.30 more for the healthy organic yogurt as opposed to the sugar laden (or worse-sugar free kind with aspartame) yogurt that's equivalent to eating a twinkie!  Make YOU your most important investment.  In Let Us HEALTH You Matters, we will discuss why quality matters and why organic foods do make a difference.
