After selecting a home plan from our extensive plan collection, call us and you'll work with one of our designers to tailor the plan to make it perfect for you. The result--a true custom home plan at a fraction of the time and cost of starting from scratch.
 
It's a collaborative approach. You tell us what you like about the plan and what needs to change. Since you're working with a designer, you're not on your own when it comes to figuring out how best to modify the plan. Don't be surprised if we ask other questions.
