NMC Perspectives > Ideas that Matter
Today, Summer Conference attendees witnessed NMC history as we launched the "Ideas that Matter" series. Malcolm Brown, Lev Gonick, Scott Sayre, and Sherry Lassiter spoke eloquently about some of the most innovative subject matter in education. We hope you take these talks back with you to your campuses and organizations and start your own important conversations around them. Enjoy!

NMC Emerging Leaders Forum
Yesterday, the NMC introduced a brand new plenary to our Summer Conference line-up: the Emerging Leaders Forum. Six young leaders discussed issues of great importance to education, from social justice to bullying to empowering youth. The energy in the room was amazing, and it became abundantly clear that these leaders are going to make the impact on education -- and the world -- that we need. Relive all the moments via video, and pass these on to your colleagues and students for inspiration.
