Vendor of the Week...
Gourmet Soups by Daphne, LLC
Daphne Frazier
(843) 422-5861
Daphne's grandmother, Gisele, taught her the delicate art of preparing delicious wholesome gourmet soups.
Gisele was born in Belgium and trained as a Parisian Chef. She traveled all over the world as a model for Elizabeth Arden, Air Hostess, and with her husband on business. Everywhere she went she made soup and would deliver it to the poor and needy. She had a real heart for downtrodden lives. Her last destination and place of death was Hilton Head Island, SC.
She is knowledgeable in oriental diagnosis, natural home remedies for the common cold to cancer, nutrition, the healing affects of whole foods, medicinal herbs, nutritional supplementation, Shiatsu Massage, Dr. D'Adamo's Blood type diet, and Vegetarian and Vegan Diets.
Daphne is able to cater to special dietary needs such as food allergies, lactose intolerance, wheat and gluten intolerance; as well as add extra meat or make soups to your liking.
Each one of Daphne's nutritious colorful soups reflects her unique experience of life and the timeless moments she spent in her grandmother's kitchen.
You can find Daphne across from the Market Tent on Calhoun Street!
