My family has a history of high-end culinary traditions; a blend of heritage from Spain, Puerto Rico and the Caribbean.

My grandmother gave me inspiration and lessons; she traveled around the world training, collecting recipes and adapting them to the Hispanic flair (taste and traditions), recipes that have been in the family for generations. Our time together in her country side home in a small town in the central part of Puerto Rico called Utuado is my most treasured memories of my up bringing. We spent many hours together in her kitchen practicing family recipes and creating knew ones.

My husband and I have a long lasting interest in horticulture from a scientific aspect to a love for homegrown vegetable, fruits and herbs. Where two passions meet. We enjoy our time creating new recipes using fresh local ingredients as well as vegetables and herbs from our garden. We started making pesto since we meet. Our children, friends and family have enjoyed our pesto for many years. It is time to share it with all.

All our ingredients are fresh, natural, local, light, no preservative, made fresh at the moment, for an explosion of flavors.
