MiBek

MiBek Farms

www.MiBekFarms.com

MiBek Farms raises Angus cattle to supply high quality beef to customers at local farmers markets, fine restaurants, and to families desiring freezer beef for their home. At MiBek Farms, cattle are never given hormones, fed antibiotics or concentrated grains. The cattle rotationally graze year round on winter rye or summer native grass pastures and are never confined to a feedlot.

MiBek Beef is dry-aged 18 to 20 days to enhance flavor and tenderness, then custom cut and vacuum sealed. Special orders are available to chefs, caterers and individuals. MiBek Beef is Federally inspected and can be shipped anywhere in the U.S.

MiBek Farms is a family farm operated by Michael and Becky, both who have agriculture degrees from the University of Florida. Michael received his PhD in cattle nutrition from the University of Nebraska and ensures that the cattle are managed humanely to reduce stress, an important factor for tender beef.
