Look for the petite orange trailer where Claudine is preparing made-to-order sweet or savory french crepes.
After owning and cooking at four different restaurants over 25+ years in Maine & the Caribbean, Claudine says "It is more fun to be flexible and move like a peddler."
Claudine is a French Citizen from Provence, however she was born in Dakar, Africa where she lived for 20 years & now is happy to call Bluffton her home.
