In accordance with Section 2.03 and 2.05 of the Amended and Restated Bylaws of the National Business Association ("NBA"), notice is hereby given that the annual meeting for the year 2012 shall be held on January 17th, 2012, beginning at 9:00 am, central standard time, at the

At the annual meeting, the members will elect, by a plurality vote, a Board of Directors and transact such other business as may properly be brought before the meeting.

Here is a quick assessment tool put together by the US Small Business Administration that helps you answer the question if you have the characteristics usually associated with successful small business owners. Here is the link: http://web.sba.gov/sbtn/sbat/index.cfm?Tool=4 -- just remember that this is one tool that can help you "access" generally accepted characteristics but is not to be treated as a given that you will succeed as a small business owner if you ace the tool!
