Bishop-elect Debuts 'Bishop on a Bike' Blog, Website
 |
Hazelwood on his Suzuki |
Want to know Pr. Jim Hazelwood's reaction to his election as bishop of the New England Synod? Well, he writes about this and more as the "Bishop on a Bike" on his new blog and website. (Our bishop-elect rides a 2009 Suzuki DL1000 aka Vstrom.) Right now, he's in Chicago at an orientation the ELCA is providing for new synod bishops. (In the midst of that serious work, he's still found time to discuss the possibility of a game of hoops with another new synod bishop who's about his age and height.) Bishop-elect Hazelwood plans to blog two or three times a week, including video posts. Check it out. |
