Gloria Dei Fights Poverty, Injustice in Providence, R.I.
 Coming next week: Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, Providence, R.I., is an urban congregation fighting poverty and injustice in a city which has one of the highest unemployment rates in the country, especially among those who are Hispanic. Next week, we'll begin a six-part series highlighting the work of Gloria Dei. Bonhoeffer Celebration April 27-29 in Portland, Maine  A Bonhoeffer celebration will be held April 27-29 at St. Ansgar Lutheran Church, Portland, Maine. Dr. Clifford J. Green of Boston, executive director of the English Edition of Dietrich Bonhoeffer's Complete Works, will speak on "Dietrich Bonhoeffer's Worldly Christianity: Beyond Evangelical Conservatism and Liberal Modernism."
