Greetings all:
Only a few days to "Youth Matters" at the 2011 Synod Assembly. Below is the information you need for the weekend.
- Arrive between 7 & 8 PM. Friday Night at Bethesda Lutheran
- Everyone should bring a sleeping bag, clothes for Saturday, Toiletries, sunscreen, things you need for an overnight.
- Activities will take place in the Church Gym. There will be a separate room for the boys and girls for sleeping.
- Please bring all forms completed. They are available at: http://www.nesynod.org/events/synod-assembly/youth-matters
- If you have not sent a check to the Synod, the cost is $20 per person including adults. Checks can be made out to New England Synod.
- We will leave Bethesda Church at 8:30 AM Saturday and join the Assembly for worship, bible study and Commissioning.
- Everything must be taken with you Saturday Morning. No one will be returning to Bethesda after we leave Saturday morning.
- There is a parking garage across the street from Mass Mutual. There is also a parking lot but it tends to charge high rates.
- Each Congregation's advisors are responsible for their own youth.

- We have plenty of room so if you have more kids that would like to go they are welcome to come.
- Currently we have 18 youth and six adult advisors registered.
