100% of First Nonprofit Employees Make United Way Drive a Big Success
For the 17th consecutive year, First Nonprofit is proud to laud 100% employee participation in its annual United Way campaign. This year's effort saw a sharp increase in the amount donated per person. First Nonprofit employees donated 10% more than they did last year, averaging $767.85 per employee. After company matching, we raised over $150,000 for the United Way.
Funds raised will support the United Way of Metropolitan Chicago's new three-pillar program, which focuses on education, income, and health to combat poverty.
FNIC and the United Way have always had close ties. First Nonprofit was started 30 years ago with a grant from the United Way. In the 1970s, tough economic times made it difficult for nonprofits to find insurance, so a group of nonprofits banded together to create the First Nonprofit risk pool. First Nonprofit aims, in turn, to support this worthy organization's fight against chronic poverty. |

May We Introduce ...
Territory Manager Charles "Chuck" Allen is the newest member of our Business Development team. His territory encompasses Kentucky, Ohio, southern Indiana, and Tennessee. Chuck is a graduate of Mississippi State University and a professed "lifelong insurance broker." Using his 30 years of experience in insurance sales, management, and product development, he plans to firmly establish the First Nonprofit name in the Ohio Valley.
Chuck is a seasoned veteran when it comes to building new territories, having worked for Allstate, Cotton States, and other carriers in this capacity. He welcomes the opportunity to work with our policyholders who have "dedicated their lives to others." His first challenge of 2012 is to introduce First Nonprofit to his home state of Tennessee and promote the company in his local Nashville community.
Chuck is ready to assist independent brokers and agents in his region. Contact him at CAllen@firstnonprofit.com
