St. Paul's Seeking Your Stories
Nearing the 100th anniversary of its founding, the community of St. Paul's the Apostle Church in Westerville is seeking alumni, parishioners, and friends willing to share personal reflections and stories of life, devotion, and community from earlier times in the Parish. Did you take phys ed. classes in the original wooden-framed church? ...Do you remember Father George visiting class to hand out grade cards? ... Do you recall Mass being held in the School in the early 1970s? If these jogged a memory, we invite your help!
Working collaboratively, DeSales students will soon begin interviewing volunteers to chronicle the many rich stories that helped shape the Westerville parish over the past century. The goal of this collaborative project between St. Paul's and St. Francis DeSales is to compile a rich collection of stories to share with our extended community, preserve for the ages, and showcase the many talents of our young people. To learn how you can participate, please contact Tim Cain (DHS '83), at timcain2md@gmail.com or call St. Paul's at 882-2109.
