If you think that you have seen this home before, you are correct, for two reasons. First, this timeless design is based on a style that will fit in any neighborhood. Second, this plan is a variation of the home design we featured last week.
The Kenwood (last week's home) had a peninsula kitchen layout. The Kenwood II has an island kitchen layout. Giving the opportunity to select different kitchen concepts is just one example of how any of our designs can be personalized to fit your specific desires.
