Empty Nesters continue to be a large group in the home-buying market. They have equity and available credit to help the building industry grow. We need to excite them and encourage them to make the move they are quietly contemplating. Many are living in homes with 2nd floor master bedrooms and/or aging structural components. The market is there for convenient one floor living.
