Twenty years ago, if you asked the Baby Boomers what their lives would
be like in twenty years, I doubt if aging parents or boomerang kids would
have been on their minds.
Mom and Dad are getting older and the job market has college graduates returning home temporarily. The New Wexford III is designed with separate suites for multi-generational families living together. This home meets the needs of the new American family.
We are currently working on remodeling projects, converting existing
homes for multi-generational living.
