 If your customer needs a construction price for a home in our collection, but doesn't feel he can invest in a full construction set of drawings; we may have a product that will help you make the sale.
On our web site www.studerdesigns.com we sell a "study set" for each of our home designs. One set of plans is sold and stamped "not for construction" for a small investment of $150.00. If the construction bid is acceptable to your customer and a full construction package is purchased we offer a $75.00 credit for the $150.00 investment. This is an effective tool to help you make the sale.
