Hello, my name is Mike Studer, president of Studer Residential Designs,

located in Cold Spring, Kentucky. We have enjoyed hearing from many
 of you commenting on our home plans.  The beauty, convenience and

overall efficiency of the "Woodbridge" has attracted your attention. 

Remarks like "we would like a larger master bedroom" or "can you expand

the dining area" have encouraged us to take a second look at this plan.

We have moved the fireplace to play off the angled island and increased

the depth and width of the house.  The master bedroom is now larger

with the secondary bedrooms also having additional space.  The great

room and dining area have grown in size and impact.  A niche for a large

screen TV is featured on the interior wall.  These modifications have

increased the square footage to 2217 sq. ft. while maintaining the same desired floor plan,

showcasing it in a larger package.
