Dear Saint Luke's Parishoners,
As we get ready for the Taste of Scituate 31-Day Giveaway, we are also planning the Finale Gala (Sunday, November 13th). While much has already been planned, we need help putting it all together. We are asking for someone to step up and be our Finale Gala Coordinator.
We have arranged for the band (Harbor Jazz Quartet again!), recruiting the restaurants and vendors, ordering supplies and decorations, and procuring prizes. However, we need someone to bring it all together and to help organize the volunteers to support the party. Any and all suggestions/improvements you would like to make are encouraged as well.
