Red White and Blue- September 11
All parishioners are invited to wear red, white and blue to our church services on September 11 to commemorate that fateful day.   There will also be an interfaith service of remembrance and hope, later in the day at 3 p.m. in the high school auditorium.
Sunday School Registration- Sept. 11

Registration starts at 9:30 a.m., classes will begin promptly at 10:00.  Nursery Room Care:  Also resumes on September 11th.  

Blessing of Backpacks- Sept. 11th

 All the school children should bring their school backpacks for a special blessing...connects their faith life and their life outside of church; maybe will help with homework as well. 

Back to Everything Picnic! September, 11
Following the 10 a.m. service. People with last names beginning A- M bring dessert, N-Z bring salad. If you can't bring food, you can help with set up and clean up...or just attend; your presence is more important than what you bring or what you do.
Taste of Scituate Ticket Sales- 3 Weeks Remaining!

Dear Saint Luke's Parishioners,

As you now know, Saint Luke's is hosting the Taste of Scituate, including the 31-Day Giveaway (raffle), a Finale Gala tasting event/party, and a Scavenger Hunt.

Our focus is to raise money for the continued support of our Community Service Outreach Projects and we need your help selling tickets!

*We need at least 50 people/families to take 2 packets of 10 tickets to help us reach our goal of selling at least 750 tickets.

*The top sellers get free tickets

*Anyone selling over 100 tickets gets 10 free tickets (making your odds about 1 in 3 of winning!).

 

Share this valuable and fun opportunity with your family, friends and neighbors, at work, meetings, events, gatherings, sports games and practices, school, etc:

*Ask them if they would be interested in winning a $50 (or more) gift certificate to a local restaurant...

*Ask them if they would like to attend a family event with music, prizes and tastings from local restaurants...

*Ask them if they would be interested in winning an overnight golf and dinner package at a Cape Cod resort..

 

URGENT: TIME IS RUNNING OUT...we only have 3 weeks and must finish sales by Sunday, September 25th.

Sundae Sunday - Sept. 25th
Come to our annual Sundae Sunday and see what kind of unique sundae you can make!  Donations of ice cream and toppings are welcome! 
Community Dinner- September 25th
September's menu is Garden Salad, Roast Chicken, Potatoes, and Dessert. We will be looking for donations of salad and dessert as well as volunteers to help with set up, serving and clean up.  Thanks for your continued support.
