Cuban Salsa in it's own right, has been a celebrated dance in the UK and predominantly London, for more than 20 years. Many a person has enjoyed the deep beating of the congas and the clave ripple through their bones as the hips gyrate and feet stamp across the dance floor.

WIN the SONS of CUBA DVD. Get in there we have just two to give away!!!!!!!!

Sons of Cuba follows the stories of three young hopefuls at the legendary Havana Boxing Academy during their excruciating training regime over eight months as they prepare for the Cuba's national boxing championship for under 12s, coinciding with the most significant period of political transition in Cuba in the last 50 years. For them, and Cuba, boxing is not just a sport. It is a chance to become a national hero, a symbol of Cuba, as well as a way of bettering their lives. The boys endure a gruelling regime. Lang notes, "You're not sure if the audience is going to be impressed or horrified with what the kids are going through." Sons of Cuba is at once intimate, personal and political, delving deep into the heart and mind of modern Cuba, while documenting a country at a moment of historic change.
