Find Your Balance

Often times, our lives are out of balance. We turn to food as a means of fulfillment.
Do you eat to compensate for what is lacking in other areas?

While we know that food fills our bellies, we question whether that food can fulfill our lives.
What non-caloric nutrients are missing from your life?

When your life is balanced and fulfilled, the food on your plate becomes secondary.
Will you l
et me help you prioritize the nourishment in your life?

I will support you in making that connection between nutritional wellness and healthy lifestyle choices.

Oil-Free Tortilla Chips

Recipe For Wellness

Guilt-Free, Oil-Free Crunchy Snack

The beauty of these chips:
 - you can design your own flavors
 - you will not consume any oil

Oils are simply concentrated fat and calories.

In fact, one tablespoon of olive oil contains 130 calories and 14 grams of fat.

In a 350F oven, cut up your favorite tortilla rounds into triangles, soak for 1 mintue in lime juice and spread on a baking sheet.

Sprinkle with your favorite seasoning - chili powder, onion powder, Himalayan sea salt, herbs de provence, rosemary - and bake lightly for approximately 4 minutes, turning once.
