Jeffrey A. Hagelman, a partner at Ebe & Associates, P.C., is an attorney Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Hagelman has represented employers ranging in size from small family-owned businesses to multi-national publically held corporations. Mr. Hagelman routinely consults with plan administrators regarding creation, revisions, amendments, plan administration and other aspects of their ERISA plans. He also defends employers and plan administrators in federal court against claims from employee beneficiaries and participants.

In her current position as Assistant Vice President of Benefits Compliance, she is a resource for insurance producers regarding compliance and regulatory issues and inquiries related to employee benefits and human resources. Additionally, she lends her expertise on a daily basis with HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, ERISA, and the recently enacted federal health insurance reform, PPACA. Jessica has previously administered 401(k), defined benefit, cash balance and other qualified retirement plans. Jessica has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Baylor University in Financial Services and Planning, and obtained her Master of Science in Human Resources from Tarleton State University.
