Health Care Reform Legislation Finalized
President Obama signs Reconciliation Bill
|
On Tuesday, March 30, President Barack Obama signed The Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010 (H.R. 4872) into law. Implementation of the law will occur in stages with the more immediate changes taking effect 90 days and then six months from enactment. The rest of the changes will be rolled out over the next several years. Click here for an implementation timeline of the major issues in both laws.
