This was going to be a momentous year for business owner Billy Thompson. Bill had set up his own business and worked hard to establish and develop it into an effective operation. Bill provided his customers with a much needed service, and he had developed a list of customers that provided his business with a sound base of operations. Now he was set to grow his business, and he had only one problem.
