Congratulations to those of you who grabbed a seat for the Islay Experience on 24th March
 
However if you missed out - don't despair just yet. We are planning a second sitting and we only need a small handful of people to run it:

Then sit and sample six serious Islay whiskies that evoke the true range of character of the Island.
 
The tasting will be accompanied by sumptious food, ranging from oysters to dark chocolate, with some smoked morsels in between, bread & rosemary infused olive oil.
 
Find out why Islay whisky tastes the way it does as Bart spins a tale of smugglers and illicicit stills and of adventures on the island - some his own!
