Welcome to The Home Front - our quarterly newsletter dedicated to valued customers and industry friends...
 Since I joined HHA eXchange nearly two years ago, much has happened. Our client base has more than doubled, our company has emerged as a leading name in NY home care, and we have launched several "industry-first" new features to great acclaim. We also recently won the prestigious Silver Aster Award for our marketing collateral. Needless to say, we are keeping busy.
Just this month, HHA eXchange served as a key sponsor of the Homecare Council (HRA) and Home Care Association of New York Conferences, and we will be the exclusive sponsor of the HCP Seminar on "How to operate a licensed home care services agency from A to Z" on June1-2.
The work doesn't stop there! Here are just a few of the new features we are aiming to bring live in the coming months:

 HHA eXchange was proud to be an integral sponsor of the first Home Care Council Professional Development Conference and Vendor Trade Show as well as an exhibitor. As the home care industry now stands at a pivotal juncture, with so much change on the way - this event was a timely one that helped clarify how HRA agencies stand to be affected. The array of edifying speakers and specialized exhibitors offered a wealth of helpful information.
 With unprecedented state budget cuts for home care this year, hundreds of agencies converged in Saratoga Springs for the recent 2011 HCA Conference. The HHA eXchange booth drew a lot of traffic, as organizations explore new venues to ensure their success in the ever-changing NYS healthcare environment.

 HHA eXchange is the exclusive Sponsor of "How to operate a licensed home care services agency from A to Z" seminar, the upcoming HCP/CHC seminar to take place at the LaGuardia Plaza Hotel on June 1-2, 2011.

Meet Dan Potocki
Implementation Manager & Product Specialist
Dan has been a part of the HHA eXchange team for three months now, and we would like to introduce him to those of you who haven't yet met him. As Implementation Manager and Product Specialist, Dan's responsibilities entail bringing new clients online, training their employees and providing a comfort level with our software. He is always available to provide client support and to answer any questions you may have. In the near future, Dan's role will expand to include the hosting of our educational webinars and the documentation of user manuals along with new product releases.
Dan currently lives in Brooklyn, is a graduate of American University in Washington DC and has extensive work experience in the energy and technology industries where he focused on building client relationships as well as training and implementation for new clients. |
