  Release 5.4!
Our Newest Platform: Upgrades & Additions
Enterprise 5.4 Release is on its way! Chief upgrades in this release are aimed to enable better management of skilled caregivers and visits. New caller-ID Time & Attendance features along with a fully integrated Exclusion Lists checking tool are also noteworthy additions. Highlights include:
 Advanced skilled caregiver compliance controls New and robust 485 doctor's order (and 487 interim order) module Enhancements to electronic billing and a new insurance clearinghouse interface Redesigned Authorizations module including 'hours-per-period' entry
Enterprise Version 5.4 will go live in January.

In the News: NYC CHHA Excellent Home Care Launches with HHA eXchange
 Earlier this month, Excellent Home Care, a leading Certified Home Health Agency serving New York's five boroughs, deployed HHA eXchange's platform to manage their subcontracted caseload activity via the system's electronic referral broadcasting, request and notes communications, compliance and billing features.
From its early usage of the software, Excellent has benefitted substantially from a more streamlined and transparent workflow environment. According to Moses K., Accounting Executive at Excellent, "The HHA eXchange system is phenomenal. We used to manually enter entries into our accounting software after billing. It was difficult to spot mistakes and to maintain accountability since invoices from contracted vendors were not tied to specific patients in our system. We were also stuck with double-data entry when completing visits and having to then enter them into our system. This has all been remedied by HHA eXchange, and is just one example of the gains we are now enjoying."
