Career Day
On Friday, March 4th, the Prep is excited to host our annual Career Day! For a high school student, considering career paths can be overwhelming. The possibilities are endless, but it can be challenging to gain an accurate understanding of those possibilities and what they entail.
We value Career Day because it allows students to learn from professionals, in an interactive, small group setting, about a number of fields, different paths, struggles and triumphs. What better way to help shape young minds and dreams? Student attendance is expected and students will have the opportunity to dress in business casual attire.
Most of us can name a parent, a teacher, a mentor, a hero, a pivotal figure who inspired us at an essential moment and informed our decisions as we embarked on our path. We invite you to be that figure for our students! We have a few spots still open for speakers, and we are especially looking for medicine/public health, hospitality, entertainment, and business professionals. If you are interested in speaking with our students, please email Mrs. Julie Weems or call at 714-999-5055 x1425. Thank you for your support and for making this a memorable day for our students.
