| Pursuit Rendezvous at Bimini Bay, Bahamas June 4,5,6 2010 |
This years Rendezvous will be much less structured and much less formal than in years past - we will have only one organized food function - a welcome reception, and then will more than likely have most meals on their own, but we can discuss doing a boat hors'douvres contest, beachside "cook what you caught" dinner, etc. Other activities we will set up will be fishing for anyone who wants to, rafting up, more getting people out on their boats enjoying themselves kind of thing. This event is about the Pursuit owners and their dealers getting out and having fun - so the more input and help we get, the better this event will be! Bimini Bay is going to be offering reduced dockage for the first 10 paid boat slip reservations - from $3.00 per foot to $2.75 per foot for all boat guests. When we reach 20 paid slips (we are holding 25 slips), the dockage reduces to $2.50 per foot. Hotel rooms at Bimini Bay start at $250 per night for a bay view studio condo to $400 per night for an ocean view treehouse, and $400 per night for a 2 bedroom luxury suite that sleeps 6. It is a beautiful resort - check it out at
More details will be posted on the Pursuit web site as they become available.

Contender 31 ST The step hull has been a successful addition to Contender Boats dominant fishing boat line. In response to the desire for better fuel efficiency and speed, this new hull design has been introduced and the results are impressive. The new step hull has proven to perform well, sure to meet the expectations of the discriminating boater who already loves the way a Contender has always handled the seas. But now that famous Contender ride is even more enjoyable when the improved speed and fuel economy is factored in. Though most changes to the typical Contender layout took place below the waterline, there are also some topsides features to be appreciated. The updated console is larger, and that means more room inside the finished interior. Contender continues to take the fisherman's desires seriously, and this shows up in the 208 gal. fish box forward along with a 115 gallon insulated box just aft of the fish box. The transom offers two 40 gal. livewells, and as if all this were not enough, you find two 85 gal. insulated fish boxes, and an additional optional livewell in the cockpit deck or leaning post. This new hull is sure to keep Contender at the head of the pack in offshore Center Console offerings. Stop in and check it out! Ask about the newest Contender addition coming soon the 2010 37' Step with Tower! Sea trials available at the Caribee Open House January 29th and 30th 2010.
