High Power, High Speed, SPDT Solid-State Switch

PMI Model P2T-335M535M-30-R-SFF-20W is a Single Pole, Two Throw, Solid-State Switch that operates over

the 335 to 535MHz frequency range. Other designs up to 18GHz are available. This model provides over

40dB of isolation and has a ultra low insertion loss of 1.0dB maximum. This model is capable of handling

input power levels up to 20 watts CW while offering typical switching speeds of 100nsec. This switch

operates from a single positive 5 volt supply and consumes only 31mA typically.
