Here at St. David's, we will display pictures of momentos and meaningful objects on the bulletin board across from the kitchen. We will make one big collage of all the pictures including the soryboxes from the retreat.

As a Christian I believe that the Earth and the universe were created by God and belong to the Creator: This idea is clearly expressed in this biblical passage from Leviticus:
...for the land is mine, for ye are strangers and sojourners with me. And in all the land of your possession ye shall grant a redemption for the land.

Stewardship Prayer
Lord Jesus Christ, you bless each of us daily. Grant us the knowledge and awareness to accept this Truth. You provide us all good things. Help us grow in gratitude for these gifts and live by your words. It is more blessed to give than to receive. Amen. Acts 20:35

Screening Test for Vascular Diseases
Do your legs ache after walking a short distance? You may want to be screened for peripheral arterial diseasee (PAD), a condition in which the arteries that carry blood to the arms or legs become narrowed or clogged by plaque, slowing or stopping the flow of blood.
Life Line Screening assesses your risk of PAD through an ankle brachial index.
Life Line will be at St. David's Episcopal Church on November 11, 2010.
To register for the Stroke, Vascular Disease and Heart Rhythm Pack for $139.00, call 1-800-324-1851. All four ultrasound screenings take 60-90 minutes to complete.
